I have been seriously chomping at the bit to show you our Camden Ranch inspiration shoot with Megan from Easy Dreamer Photography. From start to finish this shoot is Gorgeous (with a capital G) and full of great ideas you can translate to your own wedding.
Yes, the setting at Camden Ranch is rustic paradise. Yes, Megan’s photos are beyond amazing and yes, there was an entire dessert table involved. But what makes this shoot so wonderful is how it was a total culmination of some of best vendors in the whole local biz working together to create perfection. Because when you have names like Epiphany Floral, Batch Bakeshop, Rianne’s Bridal and The Spa at the Coeur d’ Alene Resort on the cast list, you know it’s going to be good! Our gorgeous model is Apple Bride’s own, Melissa! She didn’t realize when she took the job at Apple Brides, she would also be a part time bride model, but we are so thankful she was willing to step up and take on the task!
Be sure to read the bottom of the post for the whole list of all star vendors in the shoot!
Vendors:
Camden Ranch. Lush green trees, a rustic red barn and service with a smile? It has to be Camden Ranch! Owners, Patty and Stan are seriously the NICEST people in the world and the setting? Well….it’s just plain breathtaking.
Easy Dreamer Photography. Megan’s photos transcend everyday wedding photography and head straight for pure, unadulterated art. Every picture tells a story and every photo is quality, she simply won’t settle for anything less! And besides being a true master of her craft, Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Epiphany Floral. Kara from Epiphany Floral took our vision and perfectly translated it to the flowers for the shoot. She knows what works, she knows what will photograph well and above all, she understands what brides want from their wedding flowers. She totally went the extra mile to make sure there wasn’t a petal out of place!
Batch Bakeshop. Lemon Jalepeno Sandwich cookies, Cherry-Vanilla Bean Champagne Cupcakes and Blueberry-Lavender tarts? Mika from Batch Bakeshop is a genius in the kitchen, creating some of the most unique…and beyond yummy…treats I have ever seen/tasted! She is also one of the few (if not only) wedding vendors who will design dessert tables and displays for weddings. CALL HER!
Rianne’s Bridal. The lovely gowns were provided by Rianne’s Bridal in Hayden. We wanted a romantic dress that would complement our theme, and instead of finding one stunning gown, we found two! And why not? Especially since one of the dresses had pockets…pockets!
Against the Wood Grain. In one of my local Etsy searches I came across Against the Wood Grain, a Spokane based shop specializing in wood products. When I laid eyes on the lighted up arrow, I knew we had to have it for our shoot. How perfect would the arrow be for a reception???
Ericka Kachelmier with The Spa at the Coeur d’ Alene Resort. Melissa is gorgeous naturally, but thanks to Erika from the Coeur d’ Alene Resort’s hair and make-up talent, she was absolutely stunning!
Xtreme Eyelash Extensions by Kaelyn Bingham. Have you thought about getting eyelash extensions for your wedding? If you need a little convincing, just look at Melissa’s for the shoot…I think you need them!
Crowberry. The adorable invitation suite was designed by Shelly from Crowberry Design. I sent her a long list of what we were hoping to achieve with the shoot and she transformed it into the invitation of my wildest dreams!

Gorgeous work to everybody involved! Photo shoots, AWHH! They are undoubtedly the most lovely way to highlight seriously talented people in this business. Brides take note these are incredible vendors. Beautiful Rachel.
Thanks Pam! That means a lot coming from someone as talented as you!
The shoot was so flippin fun! Getting my hair and makeup done at the Coeur d’ Alene Resort with Ericka was (I imagine) like getting primped for the Grammy’s! The BEAUTIFUL dresses from Rianne’s…..definitely check them out before you purchase a dress. Amazing lashes from Kaelyn (can you believe she glued each one on individually!) Megan, the photographer, was such a pleasure to work with. Not to mention the fact that I literally ate a plate of goodies from Batch Bakeshop that I was “taking home to my husband”! Camden Ranch is such a gem and you couldn’t find nicer people to work with…..seriously! Thanks everyone!!!
Hope you hit the gym after eating a plate of goodies! Lol! Seriously though…..
LOL! Actually I went out to dinner and proceeded to stuff my face with fries…..when you are already a plate of cookies off your diet you just stop caring!
Great gathering of talent to create this beautiful inspiration shoot, Rachel. Lots of fun and a special thank-you for the opportunity to be a part of it…
Great job everyone! Where did the big flower sash come from on the long dress? I am looking for one like that.
The flower was actually made by Sarah from Rianne’s Bridal. It had a safety pin on the back that attached to the dress. It’s a great way to change your look a bit before the reception. I’m sure she would make you one too, if you called her!
What an amazing shoot! Looked like a fairytale
Wish I still lived in N. Idaho so Kaelyn could do my lashes, she does such a great job!
Ericka did my hair once a few years back for a wedding- she’s the best!
I LOVE Batch Bakeshop! Best sandwich cookies EVER.
