Schweitzer Mountain Resort offers Spokane/ Coeur d’ Alene couples the chance to get married in a destination wedding setting, without hopping on a plane or driving for hours. You can get married in some of the most breathtaking scenery in the WORLD, right here in our backyard. It’s pretty amazing. One of the ceremony locations is literally on the mountain top with views of THREE mountain ranges a ton of beautiful lakes. Schweitzer also has indoor options for winter weddings and what I love most, is how well developed their wedding venue packages are. You won’t have to worry about a thing!

We can accommodate nearly any scenario. Our mission here is “if you can dream it, we can do it!”
What makes your venue unique?
Our premium Top of Mountain package which takes guests on an adventure using the Great Escape Quad lift and the untouched beauty of our area.
What is your capacity?
200 for Spring, Summer and Fall 100 for winter operations (November-early-April).
What are your catering guidelines?
Food and beverage, with the exception of wedding cakes, must be purchased from our banquet menus. Or, chef can customize any menu at the guest’s preference.
Do you have a ceremony location?
Spring, Summer and Fall we have the village patio (outdoor), the village lawn (outdoor), Caribou room (indoor) and Top of Mountain pad (outdoor). For the Winter: Caribou room (indoor) only.
What is your advice for couples planning their wedding?
Enjoy the once in a lifetime experience! We’re great at what we do, so let us help too!
