Owner of Belle, Pam, is also the genius behind the amazing Romancing the Stone Styling, the woman has GREAT taste and has brought her discerning eye to every nook and cranny of Belle Victorian Gardens. It’s a shabby chic wonderland of beauty (and anyone who’s visited knows there is actually no other way to describe the place….)!
