This is the engagement session of Christina and Jonathan by 2ee’s Photography. Christina and Jonathan really wanted snow for their shoot, but as we all know, counting on any weather pattern in the Inland NW is risky business, so instead the couple opted for the warm glow of Christmas lights and the winter beach in Coeur d’ Alene, on New Year’s Eve! A beautiful alternative! Here is what photographer Erika said about the shoot:
“What makes this session unique is that Christina and Johnathan were down to have some fun and takes some pictures on New Year’s Eve. We had actually been waiting weeks to do their engagement session because they really wanted some ones in the snow. Of course Mother Nature decided not to cooperate and eventually we just decided to go for it because their wedding in February was fast approaching. They also wanted some Christmas lights if at all possible. So we decided to met up in Coeur d’Alene which Christina and I both adore for the beach and its adorable little downtown. Christina and John are such an amazing couple, they met in college, where they are both studying to become social workers. You can just see the love between them in how they look at each other and how easy it is for them to laugh. Plus, they were totally game to put on some fun little hats and ring in the New Year at the end of the night!”
