If you haven’t visited Sweet Frostings in downtown Spokane yet, you need to…asap. It’s an ADORABLE place with amazing cupcakes, gelato and delicious (and stylish!) wedding cakes. Owner Judy makes every flavor under the sun and is a true artist when it comes to sweet delicacies.
