It’s always great to learn about new local venues, especially ones where you can bring in your own caterer! Which is why I’m thrilled to be introducing Raspberry Ridge Retreat to our Featured Venues list. There are a lot of things that make this place special, the authentic buildings built in 1800, the sweeping canyon views, the authentic chuck wagon (!!) and the fact that you can get it all right outside Spokane!

Where is your venue located?
Three miles north of Fair Child Air Force Base, off Hwy 2.
What type of wedding does your venue work best for?
Classy country, relaxed/BBQ style.
What makes your venue unique?
The historical 1800 buildings overlooking Deep Creek Canyon with a gazebo and grassy lawn.
What is the capacity of your venue?
We can host up to 200.
What are your catering guidelines?
You can cater your own or bring in your own caterer.
Do you have a ceremony location?
Yes, the Gazebo.
What is your advice for couples planning their wedding?
Make sure you have a planner or someone that can ensure you have EVERYTHNG that is needed for your wedding. Good communication to all who are involved, caterer, venue owner, musicians, officiant etc.
What is included in your packages?
The venue for the day (we are open from 8-10pm), rehearsal, chairs and tables set up, cabin for the bridal party, shop for the grooms party, restrooms for guests, handicap accessible, use of Smokeshack and chuckwagon for your foodservice (which has power and a refrigerator), Security/Parking for 4 hours, gift and cake tables draped in white linen in coach house, small table for ceremony & guestbook table (you provide your drapes for these).
