I know we’re all dying for summer to make its grand entrance, but weddings like Bradley and Victoria’s at the Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute by Creatively Yours Photography make winter seem not so bad! This wedding is a prime example of how to do a winter wedding without the typical cliches.
Here’s what Kelly from Creatively Yours Photography had to say about the big day…
“The bride had always wanted a winter wedding, but really didn’t want a Christmas wedding even though it was December. Early on she decided on a winter fairytale type theme. There were lots of candles, bird cages and tree branches in the decor. The one nod to Christmas was their wishing tree. Rather than do a typical style guest book they created a rustic Christmas tree and as the guests entered they wrote well wishes on little tags and hung them on the tree using clothes pins. It was such a super cute idea! For the colors, the bride opted to do multiple different hues of pinks for the bridesmaids dresses with accents of gold and cream. Every little detail was thought through and complemented the theme without being over the top, resulting in beautiful, romantic wedding.”
