Bliss Hill is just that…pure Bliss! Let me set the scene for you. First you will drive by about a million little farms (wanting to stop at each one when you see the “you pick strawberries” and “fresh vegetables” signs) but you can’t because you are driving to a shoot with a centerpiece in your lap, mason jars clanking around in your trunk and absolutely no rear view thanks to a garment bag stuffed with three bridal gowns. Then you’re on a dirt road that leads you up a hill and you just…*sigh…you take a deep breath and you forget about everything (maybe even your name, why your there and what day it is.)
Sarah from Park Road Photography captured the day beautifully! You can always tell when a venue is good by a photographers reaction to it and Sarah was thrilled! Every nook and cranny of this property is curated to perfection for your big day and Kathy White (owner and avid antique collector) has a fabulous collection of vintage plates, jars, lanterns and much more available to her brides. Think of all you will save on accessories, props and rentals! Brides and maids will enjoy several rooms complete with vanities and dress hooks to sip mimosas and prepare for the nuptials while the groom and groomsmen are safely sequestered on the other side of the property in the “Ravens Roost” equipped with foosball and other manly amenities.
Be sure to peek at the post for a complete list of vendors involved in this shoot…I highly recommend these wedding professionals!
In case you were thinking these shoots are all work and no play…check out this behind the scenes look.
