Learning about beautiful new Spokane area wedding venues is always a treat, especially ones as perfect as BluWoods! This venue has a gorgeous exterior, a versatile interior and is in a quaint setting, just 5 minutes north of Spokane. It can also host up to 300 people!
Here is an interview with co-owner Robin:
Where are you located?
14617 N. Newport Highway, Mead WA, 99021, about 5 minutes north of Spokane.
What type of wedding does your venue work best for?
BluWoods offers quite a variety of spaces – large and intimate, indoors and out! You can choose to have a large wedding indoors in our Branches auditorium, or outside on the secluded tree-lined side lawn. If you’re interested in a smaller, more intimate wedding, we’ve got an amazing star-filled dome room that opens onto a large, outdoor patio lined with trees and featuring a large waterfall and pond. Feel free to mix and match the spaces to get just the wedding you want.
What makes your venue unique?
Only five minutes north of Spokane, BluWoods property features stunning architecture and grounds, with indoor spaces that tend toward the urban chic. The most unique aspect is perhaps the beautiful grounds – with abundant trees and a huge sunken patio (complete with waterfall) snuggled cozily adjacent to the unique dome room (complete with night sky star-field.)
What is the capacity of your venue?
Larger weddings (up to 300 people) can be accommodated in our Branches Auditorium and wing. Intimate weddings or rehearsal dinners (from 25 to 150 guests) would be perfect for the Stone Falls Patio and Dome Room. We have plenty of parking available as well.
