We’ve got a very unique engagement to share with you this afternoon from the amazing Emily Wenzel Photography involving a planetarium, a motorcycle and an adorable dog! Kate and Leo wanted their engagement to be a reflection of their relationship and personalities so they headed to some of the spots that mean most to them.
Here is what Emily had to say about this shoot:
“Kate loves starts and planetariums. So, when Leo decided to propose, he decided to propose under the stars of a planetarium. He put Kate in the car, blindfolded her, and drove her to the planetarium at Spokane Falls Community College. It was there, under the stars, that he proposed. So it was only fitting that we spend a small part of their engagement shoot there, shooting under the stars. This was a first for me! I didn’t even know there was a planetarium in Spokane. From there, we went downtown to shoot some urban engagement photos, including a few shots on Leo’s motorcycle. To cap it off, we raced against the rain to sneak a couple shots in while they took their dog, Ed, for a walk.”
And stay tuned! Tomorrow we will be showing Kate and Leo’s gorgeous Cataldo Mission wedding!
