Fishing Engagement by Park Road Photography

Styled engagement shoots make GREAT engagement shoots. Jamie and Dustin’s styled session comes to us from Sarah of Park Road Photography and Alisa Lewis Event Design. Alisa styled the shoot and brought in a host of talented vendors to bring it all together and Sarah took the stunning photos. The whole team worked with this couple to make sure their personalities shown through and that every detail was completely personal.

Here is what Sarah had to say:

“My greatest joy as a photographer will always be witnessing and capturing authentic moments, genuine interactions, and raw emotions of individuals and couples, and this engagement session with Jamie and Dustin was overflowing with them. The sweet, easy love they share is so evident in these images, as they enjoy an afternoon together in north Idaho.

In our initial photography consultation, Jamie shared with me that she and Dustin both harbor a passion for the outdoors, especially for fishing and driving through the countryside in their pickup truck. Alisa Lewis took this information and created a styled engagement session to perfectly suit their personality as a couple. They spent the day fishing on Hayden Lake using handmade lures, and afterward drove a vintage green pickup truck to an old, abandoned barn, the perfect location to snuggle together in a blanket and snack on homemade trail mix, a fitting wedding favor for an active couple.”
