More and more photographers are using old fashioned film for some, or all, of their work, and the results are truly gorgeous. Film gives a unique quality to photos that’s simply hard to beat. This afternoon’s engagement comes to us from the talented Anna Peters Photography, who shot Kelsey and Luke’s Spokane River engagement all on film, and I think you’ll agree it was the right choice!
Here is what Anna had to say:
“My favorite sessions are the simplest: a natural setting and beautiful light always make for effortless and classic images. I believe it’s incredibly important for couples to take some time for themselves before the hustle and bustle of wedding planning ensues, (or to take a break from it!) and take a quiet moment to revisit the love that is at the center of it all; I think engagement sessions can be a great way to do that! When our shoot began the sky was overcast, but the sun made a gorgeous appearance as we walked along the Spokane River. Kelsey and Luke couldn’t look at each other without breaking out into huge smiles, I loved having the opportunity to capture their sweet energy on film! I can’t wait to shoot their wedding this summer at Trezzi Farm.”
