What type of wedding does your venue work best for?

Outdoor or indoor ceremonies, indoor receptions only.


What makes your venue unique?

Our venue is owned and operated by the City of Spokane Valley.

What is the capacity of your venue?

Our largest room can accommodate up to 450 guests, and our other banquet room can seat up to 160 guests.

What are your catering guidelines?

We do not permit outside catering. All food and beverage, including alcohol, must go through our in house caterer, Red Rock Catering. You may bring in your own pre prepared food on Sundays as long as it is not another caterer. There are no kitchen or refrigeration facilities available.

Do you have a ceremony location?

Yes, we have our West Lawn outside, and space available inside our banquet rooms. We provide up to 200 white wedding chairs, a dressing room for the bride, and a rehearsal time for our ceremony package.


What is your advice for couples planning their wedding?

Have fun and don’t stress out! We take care of everything involved with the venue.

What is included in your packages?

  • Great Room Reception: all tables and chairs, set up and tear down, 10 hours of room rental time.
  • Fireside Lounge: all tables and chairs, set up and tear down, 6 hours of room rental time.
  • Ceremony Package: Up to 200 white wedding chairs, arbor, white podium, 2 additional hours of rental (West Lawn or inside banquet room)
  • Platinum Package: (Optional) Includes all linens, napkins, dishes, silverware, presentation system, sound system

  • Great Room Reception: $1,310.00 (includes tax)
  • Fireside Lounge Reception: $850.00 (includes tax)
  • Ceremony Package: $500.00 (includes tax)
  • Platinum Package: $500.00 (includes tax)
