Happiest Avocado and Egg White mask
Why it’s awesome: If you’re a fan of avocados then be prepared to love them even more! Avocados are abundant in Vitamin A, which helps fight off premature aging and wrinkles. And the egg whites? They help remove excess oils, helping to prevent oil build up. What’s not to love?
Half an Avocado
1 Egg, whites only
What to do: Mash up the avocado and add the egg white. Mix together. Lather on face and neck and leave on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat skin dry. Use once a week for best results. Psst… Rumor has it that this works wonders for hair too.
Yummiest Sugar and Coconut Oil scrub
Why it’s awesome: You’ve probably heard by now that coconut oil is a wonder oil and it’s all true! This scrub is perfect for achieving smooth and moisturized skin as the sugar goes to work on removing dead skin cells while the coconut oil deeply moisturizes at the same time. Soft, smooth, yummy skin is basically a guarantee.
1 Tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Sugar
For sensitive skin use baking soda instead of sugar. Seal the rest in airtight container and use 2-3 times a week.
What to do: Mix ingredients and apply to damp skin. Gently massage the scrub onto face and neck, taking care around the eyes. Keep lightly scrubbing for about 2 minutes. Splash face clean with lukewarm water, only focusing on removing the sugar and pad dry with a towel. No need to moisturize after!
Loveliest Honey and Yogurt face mask
Why it’s awesome: This is a great treatment for sensitive skin. Both yogurt and honey possess calming and gentle qualities that will soothe even the most sensitive skin. Yogurt is a subtle exfoliant and honey a natural antimicrobial. Plus it smells amazing, bonus!
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt (No flavor)
What to do: Mix equal parts honey and yogurt in a small bowl and apply generously to skin. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water. Use as often as you’d like.
