Gorgeous doesn’t quite cover this water front venue! If you’re looking for sweeping, outdoor views to set the backdrop for your vows in central Washington, look no further than Warm Springs Inn! Today we’re chatting with them about all they have to offer couples.
Where are you located?
15 minutes from Leavenworth right along the Wenatchee River.
What type of wedding does your venue work best for?
Situated on beautiful, secluded waterfront of the Wenatchee River, Warm Springs Inn is the perfect backdrop to any wedding from 50-300 ranging from rural elegance with a Southern-style mansion, to casual country chic rustic.
What makes your venue unique?
Besides the spectacular setting, Warm Springs Inn primarily hosts three-day weddings, where our bridal couples have exclusive use of the Inn and 10-acre grounds from Friday afternoon to Sunday noon. This gives parties the luxury of time to relax and enjoy every moment with best friends and family without the stress to rush. Six beautifully-appointed guest suites, all with private baths, are included in the venue cost along with all the tables, chairs and linens for up to 300.
What is the capacity of your venue?
Up to 300 outdoors (late April – mid October) and 50 indoors (year round).
What are your catering guidelines?
Our on-site, award winning Master Chef Ludger Szmania creates incredible menus with competitive pricing for all styles of food, from Fancy gourmet to American favorites, including dietary restrictions and specialty ethnic themes. A few preferred outside vendors may be permitted, but generally all food and beverage must be provided by WSI&W. (except desserts)
Do you have a ceremony location?
There are several wonderful outdoor ceremony locations to choose from along the riverfront including a wedding gazebo, summer shade areas and arbors that can be moved wherever you want.
What is your advice for couples planning their wedding?
Get your venue first (of course after asking her/him to marry you!) It sets the stage for many future decisions and can un-complicate many things. Lots of venues come with many things you won’t need to add from outside vendors, so ask ahead. Create a reasonable budget and then maneuver cost items around as you negotiate vendors. Then, don’t sweat the small stuff! Don’t over-do DIY items. Things truly fall into place as you focus on your love, your future and your family’s involvement. You’ll want to savor all of the good times and special people who celebrate with you!
What is included in your packages?
Exclusive use of this gorgeous 1917 era Inn and groomed gardens from Friday-Sunday, rehearsal/walk-through time on Friday with optional rehearsal dinner, six guest suites with gourmet breakfast each morning for overnight guests, parking for up to 125 cars, professional service staff and licensed bartenders, as well as use of white ceremony chairs, white chairs and round 60” tables for the reception with white table linens and skirting.
What is the price range of your venue?
Pricing is dependent upon guest count, but ranges from $1,500 (small five-hour event) to $6,900 for an average 150-person weekend wedding. Food & beverages, tax and gratuity are extra.
