One of Chef Aaron’s winning wedding appetizers is his secret recipe mini burgers. But the standout in his memory is a wedding feast that featured an unforgettable cheese and charcuterie station. He hand selected the wood for the trays from a lumber yard, sanded the boards himself and presented one of them to the bride and groom, hand-carved with their names and wedding date.
