It ‘dreamy’ is a word you want used to describe your wedding, look no further than Lavender Manor, just outside Spokane. Set on a real, working lavender farm, this venue will completely take your breath away! They’re sharing everything they have to offer couples with us today!
Where are you located?
We are located on Wildrose Prairie just north of Spokane and 10 miles south of Deer Park, Washington. From the Wandermere area in north Spokane take the Monroe exit off Hwy. 395. We are also an easy drive from Liberty Lake and Spokane Valley on the new Spokane Corridor! Google: “Lavender Manor” for best directions.
What type of wedding does your venue work best for?
We LOVE brides and weddings of all types! We offer flexibility and varied options. Our facilities can be transformed between country and rustic weddings to elegant and dreamy formal weddings. Our wedding season is May through October with weddings that range from 25 to over 500. With our four wedding sites on property we are able to adapt to any style and size wedding. We specialize in tailoring our sites and services to meet your unique wedding dream!
What makes your venue unique?
As a family run lavender and aromatic plant farm we take care to make this a beautiful place for our weddings. We are located 15 min. north of Spokane on a lavender farm with 180 degree view overlooking Wildrose Prairie with Mt. Spokane as the backdrop. We are completely in a tranquil country setting but only 5 miles to amenities the city has to offer. Located barely into Stevens County means that dance/music can continue until 10pm. Our dance Hall is shared with beautiful copper stills used for distilling essential oils. Our multiple sites on property allow for versatility in both size, style and theme of wedding. We also offer additional services for wedding florals that are lavender based, custom invitations, bridal party gifts, guest gifts, signature lavender cake, lavender soft serve ice cream, lavender lemonade and much more!
What is the capacity of your venue?
When we started developing our family farm into a venue we planned for those larger weddings of 500+ in addition to the more typical size weddings. Our love for weddings and marriage led us to strive to meet the needs of our couples. We also realize that some couples prefer a more intimate affair. In our quest to make each brides wedding uniquely hers we then created intimate location options. Now we have four different ceremony sites on property with plans for our forest location next year. We only have one wedding on property at a time but they get the freedom to choose their site!

What are your catering guidelines?
We welcome all licensed caterers the bride and groom choose. Caterers love our catering area. They have access to a commercial double refrigerator and upright freezer, 12′ long prep area with sink, water and electricity. We also have a 10’x30′ catering tent if needed and provide catering tables and drapes. We can help with options that meet their style and budget. Couples can bring in their alcohol with a $10 alcohol permit and a licensed bartender. We can help to guide them with recommendations for bar tender and a link for the permit. Lavender Manor allows champagne, beer and wine but no hard alcohol.
Do you have a ceremony location?
We have four ceremony locations to choose from on property:
Brighton Hall is inside our beautiful barn with wood siding and exceptional antique chandeliers with a view of our copper stills in the distillation room. Designed for smaller weddings and favored as our dance hall for most receptions.
Pemberly Park is a sprawling 17,000 square foot grass area next to the barn that contains our event tents. It has fields of Lavender along two sides and an expansive view overlooking Wildrose Prairie and Mt. Spokane.
Lady Catherine Place is in the midst of fields of several colors and varieties of Lavender with a 180 degree view of Wildrose Prairie, The Selkirk Mountains, Mt. Spokane and our beautiful focal point Willow Tree.
Willow Park is lovely for intimate casual ceremonies beside our impressive Willow Tree neighbored by Lavender and views of Wildrose Prarie and Mt. Spokane.
