Hi there,
I did a shoot today with Haute Pink Photography and passed your blog on to me. I love meeting new people and Networking any way I can in the community.
A little of my story is I started Cameo Events in Denver almost 4 years ago and love every minute of it. My husband was offered a job in Post Falls and we decided to jump feet first into a relocation. I have started a second location here and getting to meet some very talented people. I’m so excited for this new adventure and would love to meet with you and also find out your advertisement rates and options.
Cheers,
Misty
Hi Misty,
Welcome to the Northwest! I’d love to meet up sometime, it would be wonderful to meet you!
Rachel
Sounds great! You name the time and place
I’m also on FB and Twitter! Looking for get people to Network with. You sound fab and everyone I’ve talked with just has nice things to say about you! Does the sun EVER shine here
We have worked with Misty’s company many times. They are simply the best in the industry. Very professional and “attention to detail” that is hard to find in our industry today. We HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone who need a “worry free” event that is forever memorable . . .

Hi! I am a local videographer and I am curious about how to become listed on your website. I have my work posted on my website and would appreciate the opportunity to be on yours.
Your site is very beautiful and as a bride to be I found much of the information on your site very helpful. The one thing I have been having difficulty finding resources on in the Spokane area though is pre-marital counseling options. Would love to see you add some resources for that.
Thank you!
I just wanted to say I really enjoy your blog! I actually booked my DJ today from the information I read on your blog. Thank you!
I am having problems finding someone to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. Its on a Sunday and a lot of people don’t work on Sundays. Do you know of anyone??
I look forward to hearing back from your and any ideas or leads you may have.
Tara
Hi Tara,
I am so glad you like the blog and that it’s been helpful for you! There are actually quite a few make-up artists that I know of that travel, including Shasta Hankins and Janell Macek. There are more in the Hair and Make-up Directory. For hair, you can try Hair by Rachael (I think she might travel), her website is in the directory too. Hope that helps and good luck!

Marcia,
Had a bride come out to the ranch and book a wedding for July 7, 2012.
Got the discount and are super happy they came out and saw the venue.
I would welcome you out for a sleigh ride around Christmas!
Good Job!!

I wanted to let you all know, here in Spokane, there is the most fabulous make-up artist. Her name is Yisel. She did mine and my bridesmaid’s make-up for my Oct. 1st wedding. She came to the venue and even helped me get into my gown. She gets to know you as a person. She made me feel beautiful before I walked down the aisle. She has this calming affect on you. When we needed music she plugged in her phone. LOL it was truely wonderful having her be a part of my day. Yisel is one of the most sweetest lady’s Ive ever met.
Melissa,
Thanks to your site we booked another wedding last week!
Don’t forget the sleigh ride at the ranch with hot cider!!
We want to continue our advertising on your super site.
The brides love to look at all the horse and carraige pics!

I was thinking it’d be great to include more things here, like great places to register for wedding gifts in Spokane or semi-local honeymoon ideas. I’ve got great ideas from AB for my wedding, but now I need help with the rest!
Great ideas Meredith! I am actually working on a travel page as we speak! I am hoping to launch that in the next couple weeks, so stay tuned! I might see about registry options too. I am sure a lot of brides are looking for that info as well. Thanks for the suggestions!
Hi I might have missed it. But I was wondering if you guys had any good suggestions for gown tailors here in Spokane?
Thanks!!
Hi Jocelyn, I’ve never worked with any personally, but I did post this question on Facebook a while back and got a really good response with some great recommendations. Here is the link:

Hope that helps and good luck! Rachel
Hello,
Jenn Alberts, my photographer, suggested I contact you about possible wedding locations. Basically, it’s a short term engagement so lots of venues are already booked and we are limited because it’s in November and we need space to accomodate guests indoors. I’ve called all over and I’m sure I’m probably missing some but I’d love any suggestions about venues that could accomodate indoor parties of 130-200 people.
Thank you so much!
Ashley
Whats your opinion on sweetheart table vs. head table at the reception! This is something I am struggling with! I know a head table would be a blast but I have also been on the other end of things while my fiance sat at the head table and I sat with people I barely knew and felt left out. Most of my wedding party is married or taken so…. what do I do!? I dont want their significant other to feel left out or akward!
