Where are you located?
20 minutes North of Wandermere.
What type of wedding does your venue work best for?
Mont Lamm is 3,000 square feet of converted horse barn with honey tone floor to ceiling tongue and groove, 30 ft ceilings, South facing windows, cafe lighting indoors and out, and panoramic pastoral views. Two words that describe us are sophisticated and rustic. We can confidently say, we have the best Bridal Walk in the area. From the event barn to the ceremony location on the far end of the one acre lawn takes 4 minutes – only Princess Diana had a longer walk at Westminster!
What makes your venue unique?
We are a family owned and operated property. We are one of the few year round agriculturally centered venues in the region. There is a beautiful kitchen complete with refrigeration, stainless steel work surfaces, gas stove and stow away space. We also have generously sized indoor his/her restroom facilities with large mirrors and completely separate Bridal Cottage and Grooms Room. What really makes us unique is that we run your event from start to finish – we’re more than just available, we make your details happen!
Indoor capacity including tables and chairs is 150. Outdoor events top out at 300 and includes sufficient parking.
What are your catering guidelines?
We welcome off-site caterers! We do allow self catering (non-professional or family style) with per-arranged provisions. Mont Lamm staff is available for the duration of the event as support staff or even to just bus tables. We have cold beverage vessels, electric silver coffee urn, bar setup, and we allow all alcohol with a Washington State banquet permit.
Do you have a ceremony location?
Our expansive lawn provides multiple ceremony options depending on your preference. We have a rustic arbor to the South East, a treed island on the North end of the lawn, and 30×50 patio adjacent to a water feature and gazebo.
What is your advice for couples planning their wedding?
We would offer two thoughts to any couple – Seek Professionals so you can HAVE FUN! You can have a fabulous event with most budgets if you enlist the assistance of qualified professionals. It’s important to us that you not only enjoy your event but that you remember the event. And if your family and friends are doing everything then they will likely miss the most important part – you.
We have one package which includes tables, chairs, and linens; a Full Service Wedding Coordinator; Use of on-site decor; parking attendant, Bridal Cottage; Grooms Room; Gift Table/Sign-in Table; Cake table; Skirted Buffet for food service; Indoor/Outdoor Sound Systems; Indoor Projector and Screen with Sound; Bar Setup; Setup and Tear Down; Garbage Removal; Designated 3 hour rehearsal time; and more.
What is the price range of your venue?
We have one price – $2,800 gets it all! There are add-on options above the standard package including additional wait staff, coffee service, sun-tea and other beverage options, a rehearsal dinner, guest child care (ask for details), custom grown centerpieces, and catering options.
