This barn wedding from Dayton, in Southern Washington, is rustic perfection! This couple is too cute, and we love the details that reflect what they love to do together, like the antlers for hunting. About 40 minutes outside Walla Walla, Dayton’s sweeping views and lush, green trees provided the perfect background for this country couple!
From the photographer, “When I first met with Kendra and Josh, we talked all about what they like to do, how they met, how he proposed, all those good details. What I couldn’t get past was that they went through a year of not seeing each other. Josh was deployed to Romania, and I can’t even imagine how hard that was both of them. These two pulled it off, and it was pretty obvious how they did it. They’re best friends, and love each other SO much. Whether it’s going out hunting or staying at home watching movies, they can always find something to laugh about.
Kendra’s great-grandpa officiated which was so special, and I loved Josh’s reaction to seeing his bride for the first time. Kendra kept joking with him for weeks leading up to the wedding that he “better cry,” and he didn’t disappoint anyone. It was the sweetest!”
