Booking Your Wedding Day Musicians

 March 20, 2023

So you’re planning a wedding! Let this be a guide for choosing musicians for your wedding, whether you’re planning your own or need inspiration. Finding the right fit for your wedding music can be tricky because you want it to match the vibe of your aesthetic. You also want to choose a genre or instruments that you both love as a couple so that it feels extra special. Take time to consider how you want your wedding to feel, not just the way that it will look.

Should I Have Live Music At My Wedding?

The decision on this is tricky. On one hand, I want to encourage live music over playing from a speaker because of the off-chance that the speaker stops working or malfunctions. However, live music typically costs more and can be a lower priority for some couples. If you decide to splurge on your wedding musicians, you won’t regret it.

This group of passionate musicians performs the greatest hits of classical, jazz, pop, and rock music. They will also learn and play songs at your request. Let the sound of strings create a magical ambiance for your special day.

He has a vast catalog of over 600 songs well suited for weddings and special events. Nick also gladly takes song requests to customize your experience.

When Should I Book My Wedding Musicians?

We recommend to any brides or wedding planners that they establish the crucial aspects of planning such as the date, venue, and overall style of the wedding. This will provide you with some insight as to what kind of music you want to incorporate on your wedding day.

As a good rule of thumb, do your research and find a maximum of three of your favorite wedding musicians and reach out to them at least two to three months in advance so you can finalize playlist ideas and such. Reach out only to your top three vendors from this category to avoid overwhelming yourself. From there you can compare their pricing and availability, and narrow it down until you find the perfect choice.
