Camp Caro Wedding By Creatively Yours Photography

Emily and Josh’s outdoor wedding is a delicious pastel brunch dream come true. Camp Caro in the morning light is the perfect backdrop for the beautiful Emily and Belle Journee’s pink and gold vision, and Kelly Q from Creatively Yours Photography has captured all the perfect details. We love the kissing booth, the big Jenga tower, the hula hoops, and the bean bag toss! But let’s be real here, nothing caught our eye more than the Breakfast themed Brunch reception–you had us at bacon, eggs, and waffles! Seriously. Where was our invite?! Kelly Q from Creatively Yours Photography tells us more about Emily & Josh:

“Emily and Josh’s Wedding was amazing! Full of special DIY details, from beginning to end it was unique and totally captured their personalities. Emily (with the help of friends and family) worked so hard to create a magical day, while still staying in their budget. She made all the center pieces, aisle decor, signs, guest book table, the bunting that stretched and wrapped around the entire tent, the lawn games, and pretty much every detail you see! One of Emily and Josh’s favorite things to do is go out for breakfast. So, they decided on a morning wedding with a breakfast styled brunch reception. I loved doing something different! It was so fun to start off early in the morning and work our way up to the ceremony which was held in the wooded area behind the giant lawn where the reception was. Emily had a vision and I’m so glad that she stuck with it! Everything felt cohesive and meant-to-be. One of my favorite details was Emily’s wedding gown. You would never guess, but this dress has been worn by both Emily’s Mom and Grandma. Jennifer with Glass Slipper Makeovers remade the dress using the original material. It was a great way to include a sentimental piece while still making it her own! It is always an honor to be asked to photograph a couple’s wedding. By the end of our time together doing engagement photos, working on the wedding timeline, and then the wedding day we have a special connection. I want that with each couple, and Emily definitely fit that description. I love being able to photograph a wedding not just as an outsider paid to be there, but as friend. Love my job!”
