Laura and John are a very lucky couple. Not only did they get married at some of the most gorgeous venues in the area,Commellini Estate and St Aloysius, but they were also the winners of Emily Wenzel’s wedding photography giveaway last year (her current giveaway is going on NOW, enter here). Emily did a fantastic job of capturing all the special moments of Laura and John’s day, here is more from Laura:
“Friendship is such a wonderful gift, and being married to your best friend is even more special. John and I first became friends while going to school at Gonzaga, so it felt natural that St. Aloysius would be the location for our wedding. We chose Commellini Estate as the site for our reception because we loved the beautiful trees, family-friendly atmosphere, and superior food. We wanted our wedding to be a celebration of family, friends, and our new life together. Our wedding guests flew and drove to Spokane on a beautiful July day to be with us and help us kick off our marriage with a grand celebration.
While searching for a wedding photographer, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Emily Wenzel’s website, and then I was overjoyed to win her wedding photography give-away. Emily was such a joy to work with, and I am so pleased with the photos we have from the wedding. We have several on display in our home! I am also grateful to Desiree Seghetti from Commellini Estate, who acted as our wedding planner. She did a phenomenal job at customizing the venue and menu to our tastes. I am so thankful for all the incredible people in John’s and my life, especially our family and friends who traveled so far to attend the wedding! You make life so much richer!”
