What type of wedding does your venue work best for?
If you are looking for a venue where you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors with the security of coverage if needed, a place that lets you be you and show your family and friends your personality and has a coordinator and professional DJ included to help your visions come to life we are the place for you!
What makes your venue unique?
We are here to do everything in our power to make your day exactly what you envision. We do not have preferred vendors for that exact reason; food and beverage plays a big part in setting the mood of your event. We also provide coordination, professional DJ, a photo booth, the option to use any of our decor items; this includes multiple linen options, several centerpiece items, chalkboards, signs, baskets, etc… everything we have is at your disposal for NO additional cost! We believe you should not have to worry about all of the add on’s and fees that often can add up to more than the rental price. Our upfront pricing includes everything, and to make it even better; we completely set up and break down your event; this also includes items you provide.
What is the capacity of your venue?
We provide everything (tables, chairs, etc..) for 200, but allow up to 250 if you provide the extra tables and chairs.
What are your catering guidelines?
You may use any catering company you would like; self-catering is also allowed.
Do you have a ceremony location?
We have a ceremony location like no one else in our area! At the Castle Vineyards, we have a beautiful 8 ft tall 10 ft wide waterfall for your ceremony or an enchanted greenery-filled wall that works wonderfully for couples who like the idea of roman columns or arches or a dance floor that doubles as a ceremony area with a stunning crystal chandelier and jaw-dropping wood pergola.
What is your best advice for couples planning their wedding?
Make a priority list. What is the most important priority in your wedding? What do think you will look back and remember the most about your day, that is where you need to splurge.
What is included in your packages?
In our effort to be completely upfront about what is included for our couples, we only have one package. This way, you don’t have to worry about upgrading or sacrificing customer service to cut a few dollars. First, our customer service is unlike anything in our area. We set everything up for you-this includes things you bring to help embellish your event to put your touch on things. We are setting up while you enjoy your well-appointed get ready rooms that come stocked with refreshments and snacks. Our coordinator, who will have had styling appointments with you, will make sure everything is set up to your liking, she also runs all of the events and keeps your event running smooth. Our DJ has been DJing weddings for 13 years, so there is no surprising this guy! His professional sound system will have your friends dancing late into the night. We also have a photo booth, where you get a flash drive of all of the pictures that were taken, and your guests get a digital picture sent to them any way they choose. You get all of this on top of the traditional tables, chairs, etc.. you would expect while enjoying the exquisite landscape.
