What type of wedding does your venue work best for?

When designing our venue, I really wanted to provide a blank canvas – something that the couple could turn into their own. Using a monochromatic color scheme was important so that the couple’s vision could take centerstage – not the building. Located in Green Bluff, there’s a full 360 degrees of gorgeous views, which include Mt. Spokane. In addition to the picturesque setting, we also have a large modern white barn complete with restrooms and a kitchen.

What makes your venue unique?

We are an indoor / outdoor facility that is anything but rustic – clean lines, a white backdrop and simple styling.

We are one of the very few venues that is legally permitted within Spokane County. This means we have gone through fire engineering, water testing, ecology studies – you name it! This provides couples with the security knowing that our building is safe and their wedding is in good hands.

We typically only hold one wedding a weekend, allowing the couple plenty of time the day before for rehearsal, decorating, etc. Some of our couples have decided to use this extra time to hold their rehearsal dinner on site. The best part? It’s all included in our rental fee – there’s no additional charges for this extra day.

What is the capacity of your venue?

While we provide ceremony and reception seating for up to 200, a reception with all guests inside the building is most comfortable around 140. Our barn does have 3 oversized French doors that can be secured open to place more tables on the patio, giving a nice indoor/outdoor flow and accommodating all 200 guests.

What are your catering guidelines?

Our permitting requires that all food served was prepared in a licensed kitchen. This means any caterer, any food truck or any pre-made platters are all acceptable. We designed our building with easy access for both caterers and food trucks.

Do you have a ceremony location?

Yes! We have 3 different locations. An outdoor ceremony with Mt. Spokane as the backdrop, an outdoor ceremony with the northern mountain views or flip the switch! An indoor ceremony against our glass door with an outdoor reception.

What is your advice for couples planning their wedding?

Enjoy the process. It’s the biggest party you’ve ever planned – have fun with it! We’ve really tried to take as much stress out of the day as possible by allowing our couples to use the day before to start decorating and bringing any items up.
