In my humble opinion, Green Bluff boasts some of the very best wedding venues in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area, and one of my very favorites is Mrs. Kalin’s Barn. Everything about this elegant venue is picturesque, making for some perfect photo ops! This is Mark and Rachel’s wedding by Kelly from Creatively Yours Photography, who did a fabulous job of capturing the beautiful day, here’s what she had to say about it:
“Mark and Rachel were married at Mrs. Kalin’s Barn on Greenbluff. It has been a dream to shoot a wedding on Greenbluff. Rachel and Mark’s wedding definitely didn’t disappoint! Their wedding was a large part diy and taking simple and ordinary things to make a beautiful wedding. With a setting as beautiful as Mrs. Kalin’s barn it made it easy, since not a lot of decor was required. I loved all their little personal touches. Rachel surprised Mark by having all the boutonnieres made with shot gun shells! Mark’s father performed the ceremony. The rings were walked down the aisle atop Rachel’s grandfather’s Bible.I have been looking forward to Mark and Rachel’s wedding since shooting their engagement photos. I knew that we were in for a beautiful day filled with romance, love, and celebration. Rachel and Mark have had a long distance relationship for the last few months since graduating from college where they met and the anthem through out the day was, “I’ll never have to leave his side and say good bye!” So sweet! It was such a pleasure to be able to capture their day!”
