Planning Tips

The coronavirus has impacted just about every aspect of wedding planning. If you're planning a wedding for 2020 or 2021, you're probably scrambling to make adjustments right and left. One way that you can have a little fun with it is in your favors. Carefully selected favors can be fun AND help keep your wedding safe and healthy!

Hand Sanitizer

Not only can everyone use an extra hand sanitizer or two these days, they make great wedding favors. There are now hundreds of personalized options online that will keep everyone's hands clean while celebrating you simultaneously! Etsy is a perfect place to find one that matches your aesthetic.

Almost every state (including Idaho and Washington!) has mask mandates in place. This provides a great opportunity for you to provide guests with coordinated masks! Go with your wedding color scheme, a stylish print, or keep is classic with simple black. (We love these ones from Old Navy, or an even more affordable option from Target!)

Wine Charms or Personalized Glasses

If there was ever a time that you didn't want to drink from someone else's glass accidentally, it's now! Depending on the size of your event, you could give out personalized glasses or custom wine charms. It's a favor that's practical on the day of, but guests could also use for years to come!

Social Distancing Wristbands

Let guests decide their level of comfort with interaction with color-coded wristbands like Social Bands. This way, they can draw boundaries without making things awkward.

Local Specialties

We're taking any chance we can to support local businesses during this time. Consider doing the same for your favors! Support local farms by giving jars of honey or jam. Work with a local bakery to gift little to-go desserts that guests can enjoy on their way home.
