River Run Ranch Wedding By My Beloved Photography

 October 2, 2014

An equestrian farm turned romantic wedding venue is a pretty awesome start for Jen and Casey’s wedding, then add 1,000 hand folded cranes in the Japanese tradition, farm tables, a gorgeous dress and amazing vendors and you’ve got yourself what we like to call a true wedding stunner! The dreamy pictures were taken by My Beloved Photography (talk about gorgeous light!). Here is what Jen had to say about their special day: “Casey and I first met in 2005 through a friend at Western Washington University. We stayed friends for quite some time, and began dating our senior year of college. I had always been attracted to Casey’s smile… He is so kind and fun-loving, it shows! Casey always says he loves my outgoing personality and sense of humor. It was when Casey and I went to Thailand in Oct. – Nov. of 2012, that we first seriously talked about getting married. We actually strongly considered just eloping then and there. However, we quickly realized how much we wanted the people who care about us, present to see how happy we are to be married! The wedding was held at River Run Ranch, the home of Casey’s parents. It is such a beautiful setting naturally, we knew it would be perfect. One element that made the decor very special to us, were the 1,000 cranes, hand-folded by my father. A tradition in Japanese culture, the cranes symbolize good luck and filled our wedding with a personal touch. So many details that went into the decor and planning for the wedding was a collective of projects done by ourselves, family or friends. It was amazing to look around the wedding and see all of those details that came together and the people who made it all possible!”
