I am loving this bright and sunny wedding at a private residence on the Spokane River. Portland based Kate Campbell Photography (who loves traveling our direction for weddings!) sent it over and I’m so glad she did! I love the color scheme and the thoughtful DIY touches. Here’s what Katie had to say about the beautiful day: “Morgan and Connor Brook’s wedding took place on the Spokane River on June 8, 2013. Morgan and Connor planned their wedding with the purpose of having friends and family deeply connected to their day. They wanted those surrounding their day and helping in the wedding to carry a special meaning in their lives. Their wedding took place on the bride’s father’s gorgeous property overlooking the Spokane River. One special moment of the day was when Morgan surprised her mom and twin sister with her wedding dress. Morgan had kept it a secret and had not let anyone see or know about her wedding dress. On the morning of the wedding she had her sister and mom waiting as walked in unveiling her dress….which happened to be her Mom’s dress that she had altered. It was a touching moment between mom and her daughters.”
