Register for items in a wide price range. Your guests appreciate having a lot of items to choose from! Close family members may want to splurge on a big gift or you many modern registries have the ability for a group to contribute to large items. And while it may seem silly to include small items like a spatula, it can be really fun to put together a big gift basket with multiple items for starting your new life together!
DON’T
Be afraid to include a LOT of items. As mentioned above, some guests like to give multiple gifts, so it’s important to include more gifts than guests you invited. As people start to purchase, stay on top of your registry, adding items as needed to keep it full.
DO
Get out of the “registry comfort zone.” Think beyond pots and pans, towels, and throw pillows. Think about what you love to do together. Your wedding registry is a great place to start building up your game stash. Enrich your outdoor lives by adding camping gear, badminton, or a patio set.
