Winter Wedding By Amber Glanville

 December 23, 2013

Merry Christmas week everybody! Let’s all celebrate with Jenny and Brian’s wintry wedding at The Glover Mansion by the amazing Amber Glanville. Between the snow, dark wood, vintage books and warm atmosphere of the Glover Mansion, I really can’t think of a better way to get us into the Holiday spirit! Here is what Amber had to say about the day: “Jenny & Brian chose the Gonzaga Student Chapel and the Glover Mansion for their wedding because of the Old World charm throughout both, and I loved the overall feel of the day. It was warm, intimate and elegant – a little like JRR Tolkien’s library meets Narnian winter – and the result was magical! It was my first time shooting at the Glover Mansion, and I was swept off my feet by the deep window seats, beautifully-detailed bannisters, antique door knobs, leaded glass windows and open fireplaces.I had been looking forward to this wedding since shooting Jenny & Brian’s engagement photos earlier this year. They are both such lovely, kind people; I knew that their wedding was going to be special! I walked into the Glover that morning to Mumford & Sons in the background, fires crackling, and family & friends milling around laughing and enjoying the day. Everyone was so relaxed and ready to celebrate with these two. The rest of the day flowed seamlessly with a beautiful ceremony and reception – and lots of laughter, dancing, good food and wine, and countless toasts to happiness.”
